At Trishnaé, we want every piece you choose to fit and feel just right. Each garment is carefully crafted and quality checked before leaving our studio. However, if adjustments are needed, we are happy to assist with a one-time exchange.
This Exchange Policy outlines how we handle size or product exchanges with clarity and care.
1.1 This Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.trishnae.com, operated by Trishnaé (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.3 Trishnaé offers one-time exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.
2.1 You may request an exchange if:

2.4 Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or perfume marks will not be accepted for exchange.
3.1 Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
3.2 A nominal ₹250 exchange fee applies to cover return logistics.
3.3 The replacement shipment will be free of cost only if the original order value was ₹4,500 or above.
3.4 For orders below ₹4,500, the replacement shipment will incur a delivery charge calculated based on the shipping address.
3.5 Only one exchange per order is permitted.
For hygiene, quality, and customisation reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable:
To initiate an exchange:
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will verify its condition. If approved, the replacement order will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Currently, exchanges are not available for international orders due to customs and logistics limitations.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will assist you.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped or processed, cancellations are not possible.
To request cancellation, please email support@trishnae.com with your order number.
9.1 Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
9.2 In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
9.3 Return shipping costs will be reimbursed up to ₹250 upon approval.
