At Trishnaé, we want every piece you choose to fit and feel just right. Each garment is carefully crafted and quality checked before leaving our studio. However, if adjustments are needed, we are happy to assist with a one-time exchange.

This Exchange Policy outlines how we handle size or product exchanges with clarity and care.

 

1. General Overview

1.1 This Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on www.trishnae.com, operated by Trishnaé (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.3 Trishnaé offers one-time exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.

 

2. Exchange Eligibility

2.1 You may request an exchange if:

  • The product does not fit as expected
  • You wish to exchange for a different size of the same product (subject to availability)
  • You wish to exchange for another item available on the website of equal or higher value

2.2 If selecting an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of placing the replacement order.

2.3 The item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • With all original tags, packaging, and labels intact
  • Returned in the same condition in which it was received

2.4 Any product showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or perfume marks will not be accepted for exchange.

 

3. Exchange Window & Fees

3.1 Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

3.2 A nominal ₹250 exchange fee applies to cover return logistics.

3.3 The replacement shipment will be free of cost only if the original order value was ₹4,500 or above.

3.4 For orders below ₹4,500, the replacement shipment will incur a delivery charge calculated based on the shipping address.

3.5 Only one exchange per order is permitted.

 

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene, quality, and customisation reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Products altered, customised, or modified at the customer’s request
  • Sale or discounted items, including those purchased using promotional codes
  • Accessories or items that have been worn or used
  • Made-to-order or special production items (if applicable)

 

5. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Submit an exchange request through our website within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Once approved, you will be redirected to the shop page to select your replacement item
  3. You may choose:
  • The same product in a different size (subject to availability), or
  • Any other product of equal or higher value
  1. If the selected item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at checkout
  2. Once the replacement order is placed, our team will arrange pickup for the original item

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will verify its condition. If approved, the replacement order will be processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

 

6. Exchange on International Orders

Currently, exchanges are not available for international orders due to customs and logistics limitations.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and our team will assist you.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email photos and a description to support@trishnae.com
  • Once validated, we will replace the item at no additional cost
8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped or processed, cancellations are not possible.

To request cancellation, please email support@trishnae.com with your order number.

 

9. Reverse Pickup

9.1 Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.

9.2 In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

9.3 Return shipping costs will be reimbursed up to ₹250 upon approval.

  • Trishnaé reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request that does not meet eligibility criteria
  • Shipping and exchange fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective product dispatch
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of selection
  • Replacement orders must be placed at the time of exchange request
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to fabric nature and photography
