1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Exchange Policy.

1.3 We currently ship across India and to most international destinations.

Dispatch Timelines

2.1 Orders within India are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

2.2 International orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days and generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

2.3 All orders are shipped from our Trishnaé studio or partner facility after undergoing a thorough quality check.

2.4 Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

2.5 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and external factors.

Tracking your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You may also log into your Trishnaé account to check order status and estimated delivery details.

Shipping Partners

3.1 Trishnaé works with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

3.2 We reserve the right to select or change courier partners based on service coverage, reliability, and logistics performance.

3.3 Delivery times may vary due to third-party logistics schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

4.1 Domestic Orders (within India)

  • Complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹5,000
  • Orders below ₹5,000 will incur a delivery charge, calculated based on the shipping address

4.2 International Orders

  • International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. These charges must be paid by the customer at the time of the purchase.
  • Please note that international shipping charges do not include customers duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, which may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Final payable amount may vary depending on currency conversion by your bank or payment provider

4.3 Applicable shipping charges will be visible at checkout prior to payment.

Custom Duties & International Regulations

5.1 For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

5.2 These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier partner or customs office at the time of delivery.

5.3 The courier partner will contact you if any customs charges are applicable and provide payment instructions.

5.4 Customs clearance procedures may occasionally extend delivery timelines beyond the estimated window. These delays are outside the control of Trishnaé.

5.5 By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and related charges.

Unforeseen Delays

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Logistical constraints beyond our control
  • Weather disruptions or natural events
  • Customs inspections
  • Public holidays or local strikes
  • Remote location service limitations

If your order is delayed, our support team will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Attempts

7.1 Courier partners will typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

7.2 If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the order may be returned to us.

7.3 Orders returned due to unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address may be re-shipped upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

9.1 If you receive a tampered, damaged, or opened package, please do not accept the delivery.

9.2 Report the issue immediately to support@trishnae.com with your order number and photographs.

9.3 Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement.

Important Disclaimers

  • Trishnaé is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure events
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items dispatched by us
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked delivered by the courier
